Police have arrested a serial rapist in the Bulgarian town of Pleven, authorities reported Saturday. The 38-year-old Ilian Ivanov, who was arrested during an investigation of a case with a 13-year-old girl raped in 2003, has confessed to 10 rapes, police said. The rapist used to stalk victims in dark streets and threaten them with a knife. If pronounced guilty, Ivanov faces 15 to 20 years in jail.
